• You wish the charity to claim Gift Aid on your donation and any future donations,

• You understand it is your responsibility to pay sufficient tax to cover the Gift Aid claimed.
  You may withdraw your Gift Aid declaration at any time by notifying us.

7. Receipts
A donation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.

8. Fraudulent or Misused Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or refund a donation if fraud, misuse, or illegal activity is suspected.
We may be required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the charity is not liable for:

• Technical issues with this website or third-party platforms

• Any indirect or consequential damages
